NOTES ON CREATING DEM MOSAIC:

The County DEM mosaic was created using the Mosaic to New Raster toolbox in ArcGIS 10.5 using the original county tile .img files as inputs.

Spatial references were unchanged and defaulted to the input DEM tiles' spatial reference for a given county.

All DEMs that had 2.5 ft pixel resolution as inputs from the source tiles retained that resolution.

Source tiles were used without any additional buffering of more tiles located along county boundaries that only narrowly covered the source tile DEM data.
